Faulting application updmgr.exe at start-up

When starting up I'm getting a message saying an application has failed i.e. even viewer states

"Faulting application updmgr.exe, version 1.5.2.0, faulting module mfc42.dll, version 6.0.8665.0, fault address 0x00001351....

It does not cause me a problem as such just having to acknowledeg the message every time I power up

How do I find out which application this is and what I can do about it ? ( By the way I use AOL, Zone Alarm and Norton anti-virus

Also perform a scan for malware using ad-aware and spybot (both free)
update them and run them:
