After uninstalling InCD and rebooting, everything boots up fine, but after a
few key strokes I get a blue screen saying "A fatal exception OE has
occurred at 0028.00000009 etc." I can not reinstall InCD because there are
not enough key strokes to re-install. I an using XP Pro. Used anti-virus,
nothing found. What could be causing this, and how do I fix? Can not start
in safe mode.
