Fatal Error on startup

When booting my PC I'm getting the message

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status o
0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down

Can anyone help with thi

On Microsoft's Knowledge Base, I did a search for your Stop error and came up with an incompatibility with GoBack software made by Roxio. I don't know if you have this software installed, but you can look at the article and see if it can help you.

Thanks, but I don't have Roxio installed.

I can get into Safe Mode and it comes up with select either 'Administrator' or my account. When I select my account it come up with message 'Your password will expire in x days. Do you want to change it'. Then regardless of what you do it crashes after about another 5 seconds.
