fastwiz setting xfer tool

Hello:

Has anyone used the fastwiz setting transfer utility on XP
(support\tools\fastwiz)

I tested it by "collecting" settings from one PC and the
transfer to another PC under my same domain name and it
works. I try to then transfer those same settings to a
different PC and different user name and it skips the
screen for new / old, source / target and just assumes I
am collecting not transfering.

Anyone know a way to use this tool to collect settings
from one pc / user account and then transer to multiple
others?
 
Why not just use the files and settings transfer wizard
(start,programs,accessories,system tools, files and
settings tranfer...)?
