fast INSERT to SDF-file

Hi,

I have table with 100 000 records and I need to fill this table to
SDF-file. I use INSERT with using parameters, but it takes 40 minutes.(WINCE
4.20, 400MHz, 128MB)

Does anybody know faster solution?
