When I start my computer from a cold boot my fan makes a loud noise which
sounds like a car starting up. This only happens for about 30 seconds. It
only happens to me once a day when I first switch the pc on in the morning.
after that no more noises for the rest of the day.

The bearings are bad and there are probably chunks of dust
on the blades. When it is starting up, the rate of
vibration is slower so you hear it as that loud noise. When
the fan is turning several thousand RPM, the noise is still
there, but the frequency is higher and you don't notice it
as much.

Replace the fan. When the noise stops it does not mean the
problem is fixed, it means the fan is not working.

The fan is going bad. You may try cleaning it, but the best solution is to
replace it. Fans are cheap.

I opened the case and looked at the fan?

Tt is not making the noise now.

CPU Temp is 35 oC and System Temp is 26 oC when I checked it a couple of
minutes ago.

Leave the case open. Then after you shut down the computer (overnight) you
can start it and see which fan is making the noise.

I will take it back to the shop I got it from.

I have only had the pc one month and it is still under warranty

Do you know what fan is making all the noise? My system has four
fans: one on the CPU, one in front, one in back, and the PS fan.

Most motherboards start the fan at full speed. After a while, the
temperature sensor adjusts the fan speed to the heat demand to keep the
system at a particular control point. Most motherboards adjust the fan
speed every second or two. Thirty seconds sounds like a long time, so it
could be that the fan is failing and making noise when cold. After
grinding for thirty seconds it is warm enough to melt some plastic as
lubricant. If this is the case, the fan will soon fail. Make
preparations.
