Machine fails to enter hibernation mode and displays
error box, blaming the 101/102 keyboard driver or PS-2
keyboard as the reason preventing hibernation. Tried to
find a site to download a new driver. Not sure what to do
to resolve this problem. Toshiba laptop, windows XP.

i have a dell inspiron. i cannot go into stand-by or hibernate. gives me a com 1 driver error. if i change the serial port to com 2, then it says com 2. if i disable the serial port, it tells me it is the ositech modem, or lucent win-modem. i don't use the serial port. i upgraded quicken 2000 to quicken 2004, that used to be the problem, worked for a while, now its back. also updated roxio easy cd creator, and everything else i can think of. i can't seem to find the culprit. any suggestions????
