Hi,

Am struggling with trying to remove a PST file that is "corrupt". Basically,
when I click on my file and choose "Close XXX" I get the following error:

"The Operation Failed. An object could not be found."

I'm at a loss to get this file removed... any ideas?

brilliant. thanks! that worked fine!

Usually indicates a corrupt profile. Just create a new one.

The Mail icon in Control Panel should allow you to do this.
Show Profiles... > Select the profile you want to remove > Remove

Sorry to jump in like this but it wouldn't allow me to create a new
thread. I
was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can remove a profile in XP
Pro?
