fail to sort in alphabetical orders

Hi

I have a lot of PDFs in a directory.
I'd like to sort them in alphabetical orders. However, they appear
quite randomly.
Does anybody know why?

Hi mike

we can sort out any kid of files in alphabetical order by right cliking on
white screen area, then click on arrange by and then click on name, files
will be arranged in alphabetical order.
