FAIL TO SEND - DATE NONE

I have recently started having issues with Outlook 2003. When I attempt to
send an email the email will get put in the outbox with a date of NONE. The
email then sits in the outbox and will not be sent. If I then FORWARD the
same email it appears in the outbox with the correct date and sometimes will
send. Othertimes it will sit in the outbox under todays date and then move to
a date of NONE. I can not see any patterns in the format of the emails that
would cause this nor is it consistent. Some emails will go with no issue. Has
anyone experienced this before as I can't see anything in the knowledge base
that seems similar?

Do you have any .net addins installed? This would include the OneNote power
toy or possibly BCM.

Hi Diane, no I do not have any addins installed. It is straight vanilla
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager.

BCM used to cause it but I thought it was fixed... I'd try a test profile
without BCM to see if it happens.
