One of 5 computers fail to connect. recive masseg:
"Mshome is not accessible. You might not have permisson to use this network
resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find if you have access
permissions.
The list of servers for this workgroups is not currently available. "

Same massage received when trying to connect from other computers to this one

That's frequently seen when you have NetBT inconsistently setup on your LAN.

Then, look for a misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, or other
security component. There are several other possibilities too, and any might be
