It sounds like a file you don't want to have around. You should see what
is calling it, by looking in the Processes list of Task Manager. You might
also look in the Startup tab of msconfig (start, run, msconfig) and turn off
what looks likely... then restart and when you no longer get the messages,
you've found it.
Also, scan for viruses and spyware with up-to-date definitions.
