Can you make it abit clearer what this post is about ?

Are you saying this Registry file and c:drive folder is
not being detected or Are you saying it keeps coming
back ?

To fix it just remove toptext

Use the Add/Remove screen from Control Panel and
remove "toptext"

If you still have problems download and run this fixtool
