eyeCall error: OLE error 800A01A8

I keep getting a repeated error message eyeCall error: the add in has fired
an exeption OLE 800A01A8. which takes numerous clicks to eliminate only to
return as soon as I use outlook further
 
Are you using VOIP software? Check the eyeBEAM or Xten websites for updates
to eyeCALL.
