Extracting preloaded Windows XP from partition

Does anyone know how I can extract Windows XP recovery disk from a partition
preloaded on my hard disk?

Partion magic, with this you can remove the partion and
get access to the files there.But this is a really bad
idea.It would be better just to go buy a xp disk.
 
I intend to upgrade my hard disk to a bigger capacity. Anyway that I can
copy the entire partition onto the new hard disk? The partition is useful as
I do not need to use a CD to reinstall Windows XP. Not to mention the
drivers will be installed as well.

Checkout some of of the software products made by Acronis ( http://www.acronis.com ) they have a utility that does exactly what you want. It moves a partition from your old hdd to your new hdd & everything works fine as longs as the hdd is the only thing different in the computer.
