Extracting email adresses from field and create mail

First of all, excuse any spellingerrors, English aint my first language, now
to the question!

I am quite new to the deeper Access features and has encountered a problem
with my fairly large database.

I have a form that displays all my data and numbers of queries sorting it.
One of the fields contains e-mail addresses and I am now trying to create a
commandbutton that gather these addresses and open a "new mail window" in
Outlook, regardless if it is all my post that are being displayed or i sorted
some of them out. My guess is that it takes some VB programming, but if there
is another solution I'm all ears.

Sending them one by one is already taken care of, but since I got over 6000
post its not enough in some situations.
