Extracting Data !!! Please Help

Hi

I have a worksheet and i need data to be extracted. This Data is for
various countries and Years. The cell which i need to get extracted ona
new worksheet changes when i change the country and year different
cells. There are 20 countries and data for 25 years. Now what i want to
do is that Excel should give me data in the particular cell for all
countries and years as a summary sheet. Countries and years are in a
drop down menu using data validation.
I hope i made myseld clear and making sense.

Anyone there to help!!! Its really urgent.
