Hi, I am looking for a way to export my .pst files (Outlook 2003) t
another format - .csv, .xls, .mdb are all fine. I know the optio
exists for one folder, but I have hundreds of subfolders. I believ
there have been previous posts that said you can't export folders, bu
I was wondering if there were some other way - add-on/plug-in or thir
party tool.

My immediate need for this is to 'read' these many subfolders an
emails and then extract email address and 'from' name from emails, bu
have them associated with the folder that they came from. So, if th
first option can't be done, I would love advice on this one.

thanks,

Pet

Why can't you export the entire .pst folder?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
