Extract Data by keyword and export to new Excel sheet

I need to set up a separate or linked spreadsheet from data in one column
from 10 by keyword i.e. under a Food Outlet would appear Burger King, Millies
Burger's, Great American Burger etc all appearing under their name but in the
same list as pizza co's etc, I wish to extract by the keyword (burger) and
create a new list
 
Use Autifilter:

1. click on the column
2. pull down:
Data > Filter > Autofilter > (Customize..)
3. then pull down
Contains and enter burger
