Extra Receipt/Confirmation - Like page

All of a sudden, after printing a Word Document, I get an
extra page after each document is printed. It is like a
receipt similar to what a fax machine prints out after
sending a fax document: File name, Directory, Template,
Title, subject, etc. How can I set my Word Program so as
to avoid this waste of time and paper?

See if "Document Properties" is checked under "Tools", "Options", "Print"
TAB. If so, uncheck it.
 
Bill, thanks for your help. You were right on. I've made
the correction and, once again, enjoy printing without the
extra page. I appreciate your advise.
