The proper sequence is first install the extensions, and
then publish to the http:// adddress.

Bascially, once you install the extensions, you should
never again update your Web site through the folder path
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\... Always go through FrontPage, using
an address like
http://localhost or
http://127.0.0.1.

I did this solution to no avail. I had to uninstall FP
EXTENTION then reload the original format to go back to
the original format.
