Express Works - Outlook Doesn't

At my company I have set up Outlook on over 20 machines without a
problem. But the last two machines are causing me such headaches!

I set up the user's email account same as always. I test the
connection and it works fine. I write a test email and hit
Send/Receive. The send/receive completes without any errors but the
message is still in my outbox. Similarly I can't receive emails but
the send/receive says completed without errors.

I tried the same thing in Outlook on a different computer - everything
worked fine.

I tried the same thing in Outlook Express on the same computer -
everything worked fine.

Outlook is installed out-of-the-box, same as all the other computers.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Enable logging in Outlook (Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options) and examine
the log to see if you see anything unusual.

By the way, it always helps to state your Outlook version.
