Can this be done in Excel 2000? If not, when did
exporting to Excel from Internet Explorer become a
feature? Thank you!

Not quite sure what you mean, but you could try just File|open and paste in your
URL in the file name box.

Or even Data|Get External Data (added in xl2k, IIRC). And do a Web query.

I have a computer with Excel 2003 on it, and when I right
click inside Internet Explorer, (on any web page) I get
the option "Export to Microsoft Excel" It's the 2d to
last option, right above "Properties," and below "Print"
& "Refresh"

I was just wondering when that became an option. My CFO
swears he used to be able to do that on his Office 2000
Premium workstation. Thank you for your assistance.

I use MSIE 6.0.???? and xl2002 and it appears in the context popup there, too.

I don't have xl2k to test, but I've never noticed it there. (But I never
noticed it before your message in any version!!!)

Maybe someone running xl2k can try it and post their results (along with the
version of MSIE).

It does not appear on my computer, where Office 2K and IE are installed.
Perhaps your CFO had installed some other addin for IE.
