Exporting to a CSV Windows file?

Using OL2002 - WinXP-Pro
I exported my Contacts to a CSV Windows file, and used the Custom Mapping
option to use only three fields -- Name, Business Phone and Email 1. The
file was small -- 59kb. I then imported that file into Earthlink's Webmail
using the simple procedure laid out in Webmail. I got this ERROR Message:
"The file uploaded does not appear to be a valid Outlook CSV address book
file." I don't get that Error Message when I create a Windows CSV file
containing all fields, only when creating the CSV Windows file with three
fields. Does anyone know why the truncated Windows CSV file is not
recognized as a valid file?

Sounds like Earthlink has defined required fields. When these fields are
missing the contacts can't be created.
