Hi all,
I have Outlook 2003 on one computer. I want to export all my mail to
Outlook 2000 so I can import it on another computer. Is that possible?
thanks,

NEVER export a native Outlook file for use with another Outlook client.
Simply COPY the .pst file and on the other machine, use Outlook
File->Open->outlook data file.

Note: If the other Outlook is a prior version, ensure the .pst file you are
copying from Outlook 2003 is in the 97-2002 format.

If you're using the Outlook 2003 style .pst file on the original computer,
you'll need to create an older style .pst file and copy all of the info you
want to transfer to the computer with Outlook 2000 on it, so that it will be
able to be read by Outlook 2000.

Also, once you create the older style .pst file that I discussed in my
previous reply, do not import it. Just use Outlook 2000 to open the .pst
file.
