Exporting Outlook 2003 Folders

I want to get all my information off of my XP PC that has Outlook 2003 on it
and get it to Windows Mail on the other PC using Vista.

I have been on another forum, but nothing has worked for me there, even
though the guy is trying his best.

Import all your mail folders to Outlook Express on the XP machine
Then copy ALL the Outlook Express message store IN IT'S ENTIRETY to a folder
on the new machine to which you have full Read/Write permissions. (A folder
in your Documents location would be ideal).
Then fire up Windows Mail and do File-Import-Messages-OE and navigate to
where you put the message store.
