Hi all,

Thank you in advance for your help.

I have a requirement at work to export messages from Outlook Express 6
to Outlook 2002, on the same PC. The OE6 export function is
excellent, in that individual folders can be selected for export.

When finished exporting from OE6, I switch to O2002 and run an Import.
I select 'Internet Mail Messages' as the type of file to import.

However, O2002 simply imports *everything* it finds in the local
Identities folder (ie, OE6's data folder). In other words, the
*selective* export file I created in OE6 is ignored.

How can I import, into O2002, an "export file" created in OE6? (I
suspect this file's name is POPUIDL.DBX.)

Many thanks,

Jason Paris

When you export from Outlook Express to Outlook on the same machine, the
data should go directly to Outlook...it shouldn't end up in a separate file
at all.
