exporting data (profiles?)

Is there a way to save an export "profile" of several select data fields? I
only export select data fields. Also, is there a way to setup this export
process as a shortcut? I am using Office 2007. Thanks.
 
No, that is not possible. You can achieve this with a custom VBA script
though and run that via a custom button.
