In Outlook, if you select File | Import and Export | Export to a file |
Comma Separated Values (Windows)... you can make a CSV file to use as a
template. This will give you a CSV file that can be modified in Excel with
the proper fields you can use. From there, it's just a matter of removing
the data you don't want, adding the data you do want into the appropriate
fields (columns), and then importing it into the Calendar through File |
Import and Export.
