What is the best way to send another user Outlook Contacts? For example, I
am an admin for several outside sales reps. They need to send me each of
their contact lists from outlook. Once I receive them, I will import their
contacts into my main regional contact list, etc., etc.

Two thoughts...

1) Export to a CSV file and they send you the CSV file. You inturn import
into Outlook or

2) Export/copy contacts to a new PST file. (If they chose copy to a new
file, they will have to close the new PST and restart Outlook. This will
ensure that the Outlook process has released the file.) They send you the
PST file.

PS - Just dropping the contacts into a new message generally doesn't work.
(When the message is encoded for SMTP transmission, all the special little
properties get dropped and the recipient generally gets an empty message.

hi there

easiest way is to export the contacts to a .pst file. to do this, select the
Contacts from the folder list, go to File > Import and Export. From the list
that appears, select 'Export to a File'and click on Next. Select Personal
Folder File (.pst) and click on Next. Seelct the folder to export and click
on Next. Select the destination and file name for the saved file and click on
Next. Check the action is correct and click on Finish.

You can then email the file to another outlook user, who can open the
contacts list as a personal folder and copy to their own contacts list.

Alternatively, you can save the file a Comma separated Values, whic can then
be expoerted into Excel, for example.

Cheers
