How do I export the contact information from an old
computer running Outlook 2000 into a new one running
Outlook 2003. The pst file is too large to fit on a
disk. If I copy onto a CD I can't access it and if I try
to zip the backup file created on the old PC, I can't see
the file when I browse the correct location of the file
through Winzip. Help!

If you copy the .PST file from the CD to your hard drive and remove the
read-only attribute, you shouldn't have any trouble accessing the file. Use
Outlook's File | Open | Outlook Data File command to open it.

If you're using Windows 2000 or XP on the old computer, try searching within
hidden and system folders and you should be able to find all .PST files.
