Exporting Calandar data to update Smart Phone

My company is disallowing persoanl smartphone syncronization with company
laptops as of Jan. 1.

Is there a way to extract a file out of Outlook and email it to my phone and
process it to update Outlook on my phone?

Are there any other options?

The only one I cam eup with is do a screen print of my daily and/or weekly
canaldar and then email the image to my phone.

You'll have to read your phone's documentation for that. If it can handle
import and export, export the Outlook data in a format the phone can import.
