Exporting add. book to Incredimail account

Can anyone walk me through the steps of importing my windows mail add. book
into a new Incredimail account? Seems like there is an incompatability
problem with them and Vista.

Sorry, I don't think any of the usual respondents here are familiar
with IncrediMail. That outfit has a technical support request form

I had Incredimail too & had to uninstall it. It seems Vista is not working
well with others. It also seems Windows Vista has a lot of other problems no
one seem to know how to fix yet.
Can anyone tell me how to get the Windows mail to play a sound when I get

Tools > Options > General > Play sound when new message arrives
