Exporting ACT! contacts/notes to Outlook 2000 ... How?

I'd like to export ACT! contacts and notes to outlook, preferably to
my PDA running windows mobile 2003. Is there a relatively painless
way to either export the ACT! files to Outlook, or Import the ACT!
files to Outllok?

Gee. When I click (in Outlook) File>Import and Export>Import from another
program or file, ACT! shows up as being one of the programs Outlook will
handle. Have you tried?
