Export to Word, Excel and Open Files

1) I'm looking for code that I can stick behind a button on a form to create
a report and export it into Excel or Word (need code for each).
Then I'm trying to have the appropriate application (Excel or Word) open
with the new spreadsheet/document in it.

2) I'm also looking for code to run the standard Windows "Browse" function
to let a user select where to store the Excel or Word file that we're
creating.

Can anyone point me to code to do these things?

1) Look at DoCmd.OutputTo. One of it's arguments is "AutoStart". If set to
True it will open the application whose files type (.rtf/Word or
..xls/Excel) you exported.
