Export to quicken

I have Excel2002 and Quicken 2000.
Can I export Excel info to Quicken easily. If so...how?

When the addin is active there is a new menu "Money" added with submenus XL2QIF to create a QIF file (Save to QIF) and an item to
import a QIF file (Load from QIF).
