export security

hi i have a fileserver and i have create too much folders and subfolders with
diferent security almost to every one .

i try to find a way to collect at once all the security settings and shares
for each folder and to make a export on a file .

did any one knows if i can do this from the win2k server or i will need a
external tool ,not from microsoft .
if any one knows please help me .
