export schedule from excel to outlook

I have a task schedule in excel, i would like if possible to create reminders
in outlook calendar or tasks by clicking a button in excel and exporting info
 
You can't EXPORT to Outlook, you need to save it and then IMPORT into
Outlook. You may EXPORT a sample set to an Excel file from Outlook to
see the required layout.
