"Export" Reports and Queries

Is there a way to export just a report or a query, to maintain the form of
the query or report? I have been asked to "clean up" all old reports and
queries, but store them in a safe place in case they are needed, and I'm not
sure what the best way is.

Hi B. Levien,

If you want a printed copy, then print one... or save it as a snapshot
file. If you mean saving a copy in a database, start a new blank database
and import the queries/reports into there.... OR, simply make a backup copy
of the database you are working on BEFORE you remove the queries/reports that
are no longer needed.
