Export .pst file...

Hello,
I am trying to export my .pst file to my bosses computer
so that he can have a record of my customer emails...I am
having a problem..

For some reason when I try to attach the .pst to
an email I get a message "operation failed"...When
I "zip" the .pst file up and try to attach it it is
fine..But when we "unzip" the file on the target
computer, there are 0 KB??? Are there rules/preferences
somewhere that I am not seeing that does not allow me to
export a .pst file off from this computer??

Umm why not just copy it?
