export messages in Outlook Express 6

I've tried to export messages from Outlook Express 6 and
got an error message: MAPI error.
Anyone knows how to get around this problem? I
ran "fixmapi.exe" to create a new MAPI.DLL but still
wouldn't work.

What are you trying to achieve by exporting messages from OE?
