Export Live Mail to Vista Windows Mail

If you please ... can someone tell me how I export my live.com mail to my
Vista Windows Mail? Instructions I have found do not work ... and there are
no e-mail/newsgroup icons at bottom left window.

Free Live.com accounts don't work with Windows Mail.
You will need to upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail program:
