Export data to web form

Hello Excel Experts!

I have a web application that requires many inputs into a web form.

I would like to enter the data into an excel spreadsheet, and then
somehow fill the web form using that excel data.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I could find
some helpful information or examples?
