Hi ,
I have lots of mails at my office , i had so many mails
which i want to copy and take it home to my home computer.
I exported some folders in COMMA SEPERATED VALUES (
WINDOWS) and stored that excel file to a USB memory key
and took it home and opened up OUTLOOK there and imported
those files .
I got all the emails in , the contents r there, but the
email does not have proper color which it was written and
pictures r not there.
I am not sure whether i have to export them in a
different file format and import them in my home computer
to have the email in proprly.

Thank you
Jogesh

With Outlook closed, copy your PST to a CD or some other transport mechanism
large enough to hold it. Take that medium home and insert it into that PC.
Copy the PST to your hard drive and then remove the Read-Only attribute.
Start Outlook and click File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST,
select it, and click OK. All done.

That's because the export method you used has no ability to retain
formatting. Do not export. Do not import.
