export and import users

I have 2 pc with Windows 2000 professional on it.

i had about 30 users on one of the pc, in the control
panel-->administrative tools-->computer management--
local users and groups--> user

How do i Export all the Users and Import those users
on the 2nd PC?

When i go the "Action" it do not show an import feature?
