export all objects to another mdb in Access 97

The easier way is to open your new (receiving) database and import from the
old. With import, you can select as many objects to import as you want.
 
is there a way to do this in access 97?

i can export one object at a time, but surely there must be a way to export
all tables and/or all views, etc?

an add-in?
