Export Access to Outlook?

Hi folks,
This is my first time posting here so be gentle. ;-) Is there a way to
export your data from access to outlook? I have a newsletter list that has
all of my contacts in access, but I would like to put them in Outlook so that
I can sync them into my palm. Any suggestions? I use MS Office 2002. Thanks
in advance!

Welcome. Design a query to get the info you want, run the query, go to
file export and save it as a text file. You should then be able to import
this file into Outlook by going to file Import Export and select Import
from another program or file.
