My explorer would not start, it gives me an error messege.
And only two options to send an errror to Microsoft or
dont send in ether way it closes the messege. I went
online through MSN Explorer and checked for critical
updates, and there are none online.

The Error Signature is

AppName:iexplorer.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1106

ModName:winlh32.dll ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset:000143ce


Please help! I am getting very frastrated!!!

1. Check if a program running in the background is interfering with Internet
Explorer. Temporarily disable all Norton programs, including anti-virus, win
doctor, recycle bin protect, and clean sweep. Disable any firewall or
ad-blocker.

2. Perform a repair of Internet Explorer. If you have Windows XP

Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows XP

a govenment website that monitors web activity including
viruses, worms etc.... They are right ontop off the
hackers and virus speaders who create these headaches for
