I keep getting the this page cannot be displayed message
how can I fix this.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.

The start here and if still no luck then post the complete and exact error
message.
