Try downloading XP's latest service pack if you don't already have it. XP's latest service pack is SP1 and SP2 is on it's way (it's in beta right now). When your system has the latest service pack, go to Windows Update and install critical updates. If these two suggestions don't work, I suggest maybe running the latest IE setup program
